Returns

Change-of-mind returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused.
• It is in its original packaging.
• All accessories and contents are included.
• The item is in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used kitchen or food-contact items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. We may request photos to assist with the process.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty product, damage in transit, or an incorrect item sent by us.

All HomeLab orders are dispatched from within South Africa.

Delivery timeframe

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location. During peak periods or promotions, delivery may take slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you informed.
